Why isn't my coupon code working?
If you're coupon code isn't working, you may not be logged in to your online account. Please try logging into your online account, or feel free to create an account if you do not already have one! Once you’re logged in, try using the coupon code again. If the problem persists, please call 888-324-9673 and a representative will assist you.

How long will it take for me to receive "Backordered" items?
Typically, it takes two to three weeks for backordered items to come back in stock to our warehouse. From there, we will send it directly to you. For further questions, please call 888-324-9673 and a representative will assist you.

How do I access my purchased downloads?
All downloadable products are accessible for you in the “My Downloads” section of your online account dashboard. To access your downloads, login into your account and navigate to your account dashboard via “My Account”, then select “My Downloads”.

Can I use my Choral Club Voucher on an online order?
The product voucher, good toward a future order, is not redeemable online at this time. We are working on it! For now, please call your representative BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER to redeem the voucher. If the order is placed before we are notified that you wish to use your voucher, we will be unable to apply the voucher to that order.

How long will it take to receive my "Special Order" items?
Products listed as “Special Order” are items that we do not actively keep in stock, but are printed-on-demand. We work with a print-on-demand partner to manufacture and deliver these products to you upon order placement. It can take up to three to four weeks from the original order date for you to receive your materials.

Do I need a license to make copies of something that is no longer available or out of print?
It depends. We do not permit pullouts from a title within it’s first year of publication. However, if the title is past the first year of publication, you can find more information here on our copyright page.

Can I purchase a product that is listed as "No Longer Available"?
Unfortunately, after some time has passed, all of our published materials will go permanently out of print. If the item says that it is “No Longer Available,” that means that we can no longer sell that item in any format for any reason. However, you may still be able to find used copies somewhere else online.

What’s the difference between a “CD PracticeTrax” and “Downloadable PracticeTrax” by voice part? How does this affect making copies?
The CD PracticeTrax is a set of CDs, where each CD includes a different voice part for the work (i.e. soprano, tenor, alto, bass, baritone, etc.). The Downloadable Practice Trax is already separated by voice part for you.
You can make copies of the physical CD PracticeTrax, when you fill out the CD PracticeTrax Agreement located inside your CD set case and mail it to our office. When purchasing the Downloadable PracticeTrax, you must purchase the amount of copies you plan to distribute. Feel free to reference our glossary here for all product descriptions.

How do I locate the tracking information for my order?
Upon purchase, you should recieve an email confirmation for your order placement. You will then recieve a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information, once your items have been shipped. If you do not see any of these email confirmations in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.
If you have recently placed an order and received an email confirmation that your items were shipped, but did not recieve tracking information, your product(s) may be special order. Special Order products are shipped from a third-party partner, so the tracking information will not automatically populate. Please give us a call at 888-324-9673, and we would be glad to assist you with more information.

Why do I have multiple pending charges on my card? How do I remove the extra charge?
There are a few different potential causes for the appearance of multiple pending charges on your card. In most cases, it’s a matter of your credit card company policy or bank policy. Additional pending charges will drop off your card within three to five business days as your credit card company or bank processes the payment.

What countries do you ship to?
Word Music & Church Resources ships to the United States, the United States Territories, and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship to other international locations. However, we do offer downloadable versions of various physical products online at wordchoralclub.com, which can be downloaded straight to your computer.

What are Minimum Quantities?
Some products require a Minimum Quantity for purchase that will typically put the total minimum purchase amount in line with industry standards and allow customers to avoid filling out additional paperwork or seek additional permission for extra copies.
