The Word Choral Club is a convenient, online-only experience. With each new release, you will receive a postcard and/or email with information on how to access our latest full digital score and audio previews on our website.

You may cancel your membership by contacting us at info@wordchoralclub.com. Word Choral club membership fees are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, we recommend using your one-time $39.95 discount first. Discounts will no longer be applied to your orders once your membership is cancelled.

Most physical and digital products automatically receive a 15% discount when you join. A few types of products, primarily T-shirts, set pieces, bulletins, posters, bulk CD packs, Practice Trax, and hymnal products receive a 5% discount. If an item isn’t something that we regularly stock (Special Order), no discount will be offered.

We will email you within a couple days of purchase or renewal with information on how to claim your discount. Your one-time discount must be used within the 12 months following your purchase/renewal, and may be for any product(s) on our website. You may not use this discount for Word Choral Club membership fees. If you do not use the full $39.95, you will forfeit any remaining amount.

The Word Choral Club is an online-only experience. Membership must be purchased online with a credit card.
